Primary service
Planning Foundations — from $595: research and a Comprehensive Event Planning Guide.
Guided Event Planning — from $1,895: initial booking coordination, immediate handoff of each confirmed provider, and a final Guided Planning Handoff Report.
Complete Event Planning & Coordination — from $3,500: continued planning, vendor management, agreed venue attendance, and on-site coordination through the agreed conclusion of event operations.
Primary service
Décor designed around your celebration.
From complete event styling to individual elements such as custom backdrops and balloon installations, Pinopoles can tailor décor to your event, space and vision. Individual décor elements are quoted based on the scope and requirements of your event.
Size, materials, design complexity and applicable scope are discussed during your Décor Consultation.
Supporting capability
Foundations provides research and recommendations. Guided coordinates initial customer-approved bookings; each confirmed provider immediately becomes your responsibility. Complete continues provider communication and event coordination. Third-party contracts and expenses remain separate.
Authentic Pinopoles work
Use Book / Contact to select the most appropriate meeting. Services are confirmed after the required agreement is signed and the required deposit is received. Short-notice work may require review and approval.
