Pinopoles LLC operates this website to provide information about Event Planning, Decoration, and individual Décor À La Carte offerings, respond to requests, and facilitate applicable Shopify invoices and payments. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit the site, submit a request, communicate with us, or complete a transaction. It does not mean that submitting a décor request is a purchase.

Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:

• Contact and request details you provide, including your name, email, selected décor category, and description of what you want; optional phone number, event date, and event location if you provide them; and the contents of later communications.
• For a later agreed transaction, customer, billing, shipping or event fulfillment information relevant to the order, the final scope and price, invoice and order details, payment confirmation and transaction records. Payment card details are entered in Shopify's payment process, not in the initial Décor À La Carte request form.
• Technical information from use of the website, such as device, browser, IP address, cookies or similar identifiers, and how you navigate the site.
• Information provided for an Event Planning or Decoration inquiry or engagement, according to the applicable interaction and agreement.

Please avoid including payment card numbers or unnecessary sensitive personal details in an initial request.

How we receive and use information

We receive information directly from you through website forms and communications, automatically from your use of the site and its technologies, and from providers that support our operations. We use it to review a request, clarify design, quantity, materials, location and timing, assess availability, communicate with you, prepare an agreed scope and price, create a Shopify Draft Order and send an invoice when appropriate, fulfill and support an accepted order or contracted service, maintain records, protect the site and transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations. The initial request is delivered to our business email workflow for review, even if it never becomes an order.

Depending on your choices and applicable settings, we may also use website interaction information for analytics and relevant marketing. Customer-service and order communications may be sent independently of promotional marketing preferences.

Shopify and other service providers

Shopify hosts the storefront and processes information submitted through it, including contact-form data and later invoice, checkout, order and payment information. Business email and technology providers support request communications and records. Where relevant to an agreed order or service, we may share necessary information with providers involved in payment, shipping, fulfillment or event work. Analytics and advertising providers may process website interaction data according to the applicable settings and their roles. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Shopify may process information about your use of this storefront and, where enabled, provide enhanced services using information from interactions with Shopify and participating merchants. AI-assisted features

Pinopoles may use artificial-intelligence service providers, including OpenAI, to provide customer assistance and support business operations. Information submitted through an AI-assisted feature may be processed by those providers as necessary to provide the applicable service, subject to applicable contractual, security and privacy requirements.

Cookies and privacy choices

Cookies and similar technologies may be used for site functionality, preferences, analytics and applicable advertising. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of certain data sharing or targeted advertising. Use Your Privacy Choices to make an available opt-out request. Where applicable, a Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out request for the device and browser used. You may also manage browser cookie settings, although disabling cookies can affect the site.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to review and respond to requests, provide services, maintain order and transaction records, comply with law, resolve disputes and enforce applicable terms. A request that does not become an order may still be retained as correspondence for those purposes; it is not automatically converted into a Shopify order. Retention depends on the information and purpose. We use appropriate security measures, but no transmission or storage method is perfectly secure.

Your rights and contact

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or an opt-out of certain uses of your personal information. These rights can have exceptions. We may verify your identity before responding and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. The website is not intended for children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
